  • We are located at 1545 Monroe Tpke, Monroe CT

                     (On the corner of 111 & Route 34)

  • May 30th (Gates open at 5:30pm)-Festivities kick off 6:30PM
  • We close May 30th 10:30PM
  • Saturday May 31st 9AM-4PM ( Close of Car Show)
  • Gates Reopen-5pm for Saturday Night Concert

  • There is plenty of Free Parking 
  • Entrance to spectator parking -Please enter at 421 Old Zoar Road, as this is our entrance for Concert & Car Show- Spectator Parking (adjacent to the property)
  • Free Golf Cart Shuttle Service, for those who need assistance.


  • Yes, there is designated handicap parking.

  • For anyone needing further handicapped assistance, there is a drop off point located at 1545 Monroe Turnpike, which is only for drop off at the cul-de-sac below, there will be "STAFF" to direct you.
  • Parking for drivers, must  use 421 Old Zoar Road, adjacent to the property.


  • Admission Friday May 30th for MULLETT/BADBOY $20  for General admission.
  • VIP Tickets & Tables available on Eventbrite
  • Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite
  • Tickets at the gate $20 CASH ONLY

-VIP area with direct access to front of the stage.

-VIP Premier tables and seating  next to stage.

-Option to purchase a premier table will be available through Eventbrite, with guaranteed seating and optimal viewing of the stage. Be where all the action is, and have the best seats available, to enjoy with your guests! Limited tables are available and will sell out!


  • Individual tickets are $30 per person, Includes VIP wristband.
  • Premier front row tables in VIP section, are available for parties of 10-$300
  • VIP Ticket gains you access to VIP sectioned off area next to the stage with Tables & Chairs, direct access to the front of stage, with guaranteed seating.
  • Seating is first come first serve in VIP area.
  • Tables available for groups of 10, with premier reserved tables closest to the stage (Limited premiere tables available) * These tables will reflect a reserved sign and not assigned per your party. *First come, first serve. We recommend to get there early, for your preferred choice.
  • VIP Premier Rock Star Tables must be purchased as a whole table for $300, and cannot be split per your party individually on Eventbrite-these are limited through Eventbrite.
  • VIP Rock Star Table Purchase, is first come first serve- to any of the premier first row tables-with reserved sign.

  • Yes, you can upgrade for $10 at the ticket booth, the day of.
  • We cannot adjust your ticket after you purchased it on Eventbrite.
  • Upgrades are CASH only
  • You will also receive a VIP wristband, to gain access to the VIP area.

  • Yes, you can bring a lawn chair for Friday & Saturday Night-with lawn chair designated area with obstructed viewing to the stage.
  • The Beer & Wine Garden has limited non reserved seating with tables and chairs, and there will be spool high tops situated throughout the grounds, as well.
  • First come first serve
  • Chairs cannot be brought in before gates open to try and claim a spot, first come first serve.
  • lawn chairs are NOT permitted in Beer & Wine garden.

  • No, we don't allow any outside beverages or food. 
  • There is a large variety of Food Trucks & Carnival Concession to choose from.

  • We only accept cash, and encourage folks to use Eventbrite to purchase their tickets in advance.

  • Friday May 30th MULLET/Badboy-VIP AREA TICKETS Available for purchase $30 with option to purchase premier table for 10 guests $300

  • There are limited Tables and Chairs in the Beer & Wine Garden/Concert area 
  • Outside of beer & Wine Garden,  High-Tops  will be situated throughout the grounds.

  • We have ample coverage spanning the entire canopy structure, of the Beer & Wine Garden, including Concert Area & Stage. 
  • We ensure everyones safety, and ask everyone to follow the webpage for any updated announcements including social media, in case of bad weather, other than drizzle or rain.

  • Refunds will ONLY be based on The Barnum Festival cancellation, per the forecast for  address-1545 Monroe Tpke,Monroe solely.
  • Refunds will be made through EVENTBRITE, to the original method of  payment, contact organizer to request refund. Eventbrite's Fee is nonrefundable

  • You can skip the lines and pre-register- downloadable form available on page. 
  • Car Show entries, use 1545 Monroe Tpke address, to enter the property.
  • For those who pre-registered, please have a valid ID to check in.
  • Early car registration begins at 8am- commonsense at 12pm.
  • No cut off dates (Motorcycles Welcome) * We have a Motorcycle category.
  • Price $20 Cash or Check the day of.
  • Trophy Ceremony begins at 2:30PM.
  • Cars are welcome to leave after the Trophy Ceremony, but ask if you purchased a 50/50 to wait for the drawing following the Trophy Ceremony.
  • Raffle items winners will be reflected at the Raffle tent, after the Trophy Ceremony.
  • Winners must be present .


  • Yes, we have "GREAT RAFFLE ITEMS" and a 50/50.
  • You may purchase your raffle tickets & 50/50 at the "Red, White & Blue tent"
  • 50/50 will be announced on the main stage right after trophy ceremony.
  • Raffle item winners will be reflected at the Raffle Tent, after the Trophy Ceremony.
  • Winners must be present.
  • Please plan accordingly for large raffle items, as they can not be delivered or held. *Like a large Screen Television or a Extra Large stand-up cooler!


  • Yes, we will have 24 Hour Security.
  • Security and Staff will be present both days.
  • Please reach out to Staff or Security if you are in need of any assistance.
  • We will also have EMS on site, for precautionary measure.


  • Restrooms, including Handicapped Porto potty's available.
  • Hand washing stations , all Provided by GI Johns.


  • Yes, The Barnum Festival Car Show is a family-friendly event with Car Show, Live Music, Great Raffle Items, Food Trucks, A Variety of Vendors, to shop through, and entertainment suitable for all ages.
  • Face painting available for the kids.
  • Beer & Wine Garden *21 & over. 
  • Many attractions for all to enjoy!


  • Yes, the rain date will be the following day, June 1st- That will be determined  based upon inclement weather.
  • The weather predicted, will be based on the location of the property, at 1545 Monroe, CT. *Other areas may differ, so please check our social media, or this website for any announcements. We will make that call, by Friday evening May 31st, by 5PM.
  • Friday & Saturday Night-May 30th/31st  is a Rain or Shine event, and will not have a Rain Date scheduled.

  • Service dogs permitted, with valid documentation. 
  • Friday evening concert night & Saturday Concert Night. The Both concert nights, are NOT ideal for dogs, and ask that you please leave them home safe. Dogs are not permitted in immediate concert area, for their safety, and the loud noise level is stressful to their ears.


  • Dogs are permitted Saturday for the car show 9-4PM 
  • MUST BE LEASHED. 
  • We are animal supporters, and only wish the safety and well being of our furry friends, So please make sure they  are not without water. 
  • Please be advised, the property is predominantly pavement, which gets hot and wouldn't be safe for any Dog's paws. Please plan accordingly.

  • Proceeds benefit The Barnum Festival *This is a Fundraiser With Proceeds to Benefit Barnum Festival activities and scholarships.
  • The Barnum Festival also provides scholarships to students of the ROYAL FAMILY,  whom are selected from surrounding communities. The students donate their time to all the calendar events for the year, and will be at The Barnum Festival Car Show May 31st.
  • The Barnum Festival also gives back to the community, with events such as the July 4th Fireworks held at Seaside Park in Bridgeport CT, The Great Street Parade, many other Fun Family Events.
